We will gladly accept most* merchandise shipped within the United States for exchange or refund if requested within 30 days of receipt.Unfortunately, international orders are not returnable.
Return Procedure
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service department within 30 days of receipt. You should receive an RMA number within 48 hours of your request along with return instructions.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP RETURNS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS, unless advised to the contrary. SHIPMENTS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the received item is defective
Items returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition, with all original packaging, software, manuals and accessories.
An RMA number is valid for 14 days from date of issue
Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the received item was damaged in transit

Typographical Errors
Prices, images and specifications are subject to change without notice. We do our best to be accurate, but occasionally mistakes may occur. DigitLook is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect images, product descriptions and specifications. It is customer's responsibility to verify all product information with manufacturer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, DigitLook shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.
Orders Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. DigitLook reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to either accept or decline your order for any reason. DigitLook reserves the right, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity of any item ordered. All orders are subject to credit approval, and all items are limited to supply on hand. Customer is responsible for paying any freight charge and 20% restocking fee caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Order can be cancelled per customer's request only if status is pending or backordered and not yet shipped.
International orders are accepted at our discretion. The billing and shipping addresses must be the same and are verifiable with the credit card issuing bank. Order confirmation email will list all the required documentation. Customer is responsible for all duties and customs fees. All international orders are at customer's own risk. Products are shipped via USPS, which doesn't guarantee the delivery time. If shipment is not received, we'll file a claim, but it may take up to 6 months to receive a reimbursement. If goods herein are being purchased for purposes of export, it is the Customer's responsibility to obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express cards. Please be sure to provide your complete billing address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information as well as shipping address different from billing may cause a delay in processing your order
Shipping Policy
All credit card orders for in-stock products placed by noon CST (US Central Standard Time) on any business day are normally shipped within 1 - 2 business days upon payment approval. All orders received after 12:00 PM CST are considered to be placed on the following business day. We cannot ship on weekends or holidays. If we anticipate any type of delay beyond 1 - 2 business days in shipping your order, we will contact you by e-mail. Estimated Ground shipping is 3 to 10 business days, depending on location being shipped to. If tracking information is available, it will be included in shipping notification email.
DigitLook must charge Sales Tax on any orders shipped to addresses within the state of Illinois. Each customer shall be responsible for any taxes required on orders shipped to any other state.
Quality Control
We will do our best to make sure that damaged and failed components are replaced in a timely and orderly fashion, but the customer must follow DigitLook policies. For wrong or missing/incomplete items, shipping damage or other discrepancies customer should report to RMA Department within 48 hours. We will not be responsible for any discrepancy reported beyond 48 hours.
It is customer's responsibility to verify accuracy and completeness of an order by reviewing order confirmation email. DigitLook is not responsible for non-receipt of communication emails due to incorrectly entered email address, spam block or any other email failures.
Damaged Shipments
For your protection, DigitLook purchases excess value coverage from the various Interstate Common Carriers that we employ to ensure that the merchandise you ordered arrives undamaged. The charge for this coverage is INCLUDED in the delivery charge that we quote. In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives with physical damage or shortage:
Advise the carrier’s representative that there is physical damage (or a shortage) and note the damage (or a shortage) on the airbill (all damage must be stated on the airbill, no damage/shortage claims are accepted AFTER the delivery has been made).
Do NOT sign the airbill stating that the merchandise was received in Good Condition
Retain all shipping materials
Notify our Customer Service as soon as possible
A representative of the Interstate Common Carrier will contact you to make arrangements for viewing and assessing the damages
Warranty
All of DigitLook products shipped to US and Canada are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. Warranty is voided without receipt or invoice. Refer to Return Policy for warranty claim procedure.
Panasonic Fax Machines, DVD Players, VCR’s, Camcorders and Digital Cameras must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
No warranty for physically damaged items, which have cracks, missing pins, or burn marks. Any items found to be abused, misused, mishandled, modified or altered, damaged by power surges, floods, brownouts, or other natural disasters are not covered by warranty. Warranty sticker and serial numbers must be intact on all merchandise. Items must be received by DigitLook RMA Department before the last day of warranty.
Repaired or replaced RMA items carry the original warranty of the product. If a replacement is not available, DigitLook reserves the right to repair the products, replace with similar products of equal or greater value or offer upgraded products at a minimum fee if the item has been discontinued from our product line. DigitLook accepts no liability with respect to any software or data contained in any products or parts sold by or returned to DigitLook. DigitLook does not offer cross shipping. A replacement will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Mail within 10-15 business days after the item is received. Express shipping will be will be at additional cost.
The manufacturer warranty limitations apply to all products sold by the DigitLook. If the manufacturer's warranty period for the product is longer than that of DigitLook, the manufacturer's RMA department will handle the service. Manufacturer's warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void for goods exported outside the United States.
Site Use
Your use of this site and submittal of any purchase indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions. DigitLook reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. If you do not agree with the User Agreement, do not use this site. DigitLook makes no representation that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal or not authorized. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois without regard to conflict of law rules.
DigitLook shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations when such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitations, any act of God, war, strike, riot, fire, flood, earthquake, lock-out, late or non-delivery by suppliers, shortage or unavailability of materials, components or transportation facilities, or act, refusal to act, regulation, order or intervention of any governmental authority. DigitLook makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold by DigitLook. Except as expressly stated herein, DigitLook disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to DigitLook arising from any product sold shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall DigitLook be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Our company does not sell, rent, loan or transfer any information regarding its customers. DigitLook keeps this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties.
